When we set out to build APIs for any website, we quickly realized that the existing browser agents were lacking in key areas. So we decided to build our own. After lots of iterations, we’ve made it to the other side and surpassed several far better funded teams to reach the podium, with a clear path higher.
We also have some more specialized agents in the pipeline that will be best-in-class for what they are.
Along with Giga 1, we are also releasing the underlying engine that lets you build custom browser agents of any complexity. You can run them locally, in Browserbase through the native integration, or bring your own provider.
