Show HN: Create your own interactive visual customer support agent

Why we launched this feature The goal is to move chatbots beyond simple text interactions and create a richer, more app-like experience. Specifically, we did this to:

Increase Engagement: Make interactions visually appealing so users aren't just reading walls of text.

Streamline Data Collection: allow chatbots to gather structured information (like leads or survey answers) efficiently using input fields rather than back-and-forth conversation.

Improve User Guidance: Guide users through complex workflows (like booking appointments or shopping) more naturally with visual aids.

What problems do we solve?

This feature solves several limitations inherent to text-only interfaces:

The "Wall of Text" Problem: Instead of forcing users to read long paragraphs to find pricing, schedules, or financial stats, the chatbot can now present this data in organized tables and dashboards.

Clunky Data Entry: Typing out details for a reservation or support ticket is error-prone and tedious. We solve this by providing forms, checkboxes, and dropdowns directly in the chat.

Decision Paralysis: Users often struggle to choose between options when they are just listed as text. Product carousels and comparison cards allow users to browse, compare, and click to act immediately.

Ambiguous Call-to-Actions: Instead of hoping a user knows what to type next, action buttons (e.g., "Book Now," "View Details") provide clear, clickable next steps to drive conversions.
