I built a small CRM called Azuori because I couldn’t find something simple enough for my own workflow. Every tool I tried felt too heavy, too complex, or too optimized for teams I’m not part of. So I built the minimal version of what I needed , clean pipelines, quick reminders, and a dashboard that helps instead of overwhelms.

It's now in a working state and I’d love feedback from people here, especially around UX decisions, missing essentials, or anything that feels confusing or unnecessary.
