OpenAI support: - First agent: Ignored diagnostic files - Second agent: Case reassigned, asked for same info - Now: AI bot responses only
The AI bots say "I cannot forward to management" and "concerns flagged for review" - but no human ever responds.
I've tried: - Support tickets → AI bot loops - Twitter @OpenAISupport → No response (9 hours) - Email escalations → More AI bots
Has anyone successfully gotten actual human engineering support from OpenAI? What channel works?
