I built Coached because I was tired of watching fitness coaches struggle with the same problem: spreadsheets everywhere. Programs in one doc, nutrition plans in another, check-ins scattered across emails and DMs, progress photos lost in text threads.
Coached brings it all together. Training programs, meal plans, check-ins, supplements, and client management in one place. Coaches get a proper toolkit, and their clients get a clean portal to view plans and submit progress updates.
A few things that make it different:
• Template-to-assignment workflow: Create a program or diet once, then assign customized versions to clients. No more copy-pasting and renaming files. • Data-driven check-ins: Clients submit photos, metrics, and feedback. Coaches can compare check-ins side-by-side and see trends over time. • Macro calculations built in: Add ingredients to a meal and watch calories, protein, carbs, and fats update automatically. • Professional client experience: Clients get their own dashboard instead of digging through shared docs.
I'm a solo founder, so this has been a nights-and-weekends project for a while. Finally at the point where real coaches are using it and I'd love feedback from this community.
Would love to hear:
• What's unclear about the positioning? • Any features you'd expect that seem missing? • If you're a coach (or know one), does this solve a real pain point?
Thanks for taking a look.
