I often use whenisgood.net to help two or more people find a time for a meeting or event that works for everyone. It does the job, but after using it a lot I found the interface involved a bit too much set up and grid clicking, and I wanted a more natural way to express availability.
Schedulegend lets people type their availability in plain English, for example: "next two weeks between 11am and 3pm but not Fridays or weekends"
How it works:
If you’re creating an event: You open the site, set it up in a few seconds, and share the link with participants. On the results page, you can see at a glance which times work for everyone.
If you’re a participant: You open the link, type your availability, and your input is interpreted automatically.
Right now the tool only supports 1-hour time slots, but I’m happy to add other durations if people find it useful.
Goals:
1. Natural-language availability instead of too much grid clicking 2. No login, zero friction 3. Fast, minimal interface 4. Free
I’m curious whether this approach feels smoother than traditional group-scheduling tools.
Feedback very welcome!
