We’re hiring an Engineering Lead who wants to build the architecture for this new era. You’d be a great candidate if you have:

8+ years in enterprise software, AI systems, or platform engineering

2+ years of leadership or staff-level experience guiding teams or architecture

Strong grounding in system design, distributed systems, and API architecture

Practical experience with AI workflows, agent orchestration, and LLM-driven automation

Comfort deploying and scaling on AWS, GCP, or Azure

Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

A track record of shipping complex systems end-to-end
