I knew a guy who "broke his dick" in a furious doggy session where he popped out, rammed into her thigh and suddenly - PAIN. He said his penis completely turned black from internal bleeding in addition to some of the skin surrounding the base. Took him weeks to heal up and the first week he said he was in pain from just walking.
