*Key features in 3.0:* - Reworked *Structured Text editors* and an *ST interpreter* for testing/debugging Function Blocks - Improved *IEC 61499 project validation*, including repair of incomplete projects - Modernized *FORTE runtime* with C++20, ARRAY/ANY enhancements, variadic functions - *4diac FBE*: fully automated build environment for multi-target FORTE builds

The release is stable and ready to try. Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions are welcome.
