6 findings that surprised me:
1/ Competition drives adoption
Salespeople use AI more when they're behind on quota.
"I turn to AI more when I need to 'compete' with colleagues. If my sales are lower than theirs, I go to AI for help."
One rep made top sales on his team thanks to AI.

Emotional buffer is going to be a big thing. People would get more robotic and emotionless, brain washed by AI, becoming insipid zombie armies unaffected by other's emotions and incapable of responding in the same tone.
Emotions are already relegated to enacted contexts such as movies, TV, political or leader speeches. If I speak with a bit of emphasis, people already see me as a dinosaur. Lifeless lives.
