Bodycam footage shows the Sept. 17, 2023 arrest of UPS driver Jason Killinger at the Peppermill Casino in Reno, Nevada. Killinger was handcuffed by casino staff who believed Killinger to be another man whom had been barred from the casino property. Killinger offered his Nevada Real ID Drivers' License and several other pieces of identification to responding officer Richard Jager, but was arrested after casino staff showed Jager that Killinger had been identified as a 99.9% match to the barred man on the casino's facial recognition software.

I guess that the good news is that Mr. Killinger should have no difficulty in finding one or more attorneys to take his case against the casino.
