Assuming you actually join a company, a small slice of your work is supposed to be used to cover costs for the recruiting department and by extension the recruiter to do exactly this in arrears. Are we now to pay them twice? Before hired and after hired? Or shall we be getting higher salaries and letting them fend for themselves? I can see both models working so it's a genuine question.
