I saw this Alex Hormozi reel about tracking your day in 15-minute intervals to understand where your time actually goes. His suggestion was to use a Google Sheet.
I thought "there has to be a better way" — so I got out of bed at midnight and gave myself a challenge: build an MVP before morning.
The result is 15Minutes, a dead-simple iOS app:
- Your day is divided into 15-min slots
- You tap a slot and type what you did
- You get optional reminders (and can reply directly from the notification)
- Stats show your patterns, streaks, and top activities
No accounts, no subscriptions, no tracking. Data syncs via iCloud and stays yours.
What started as a personal tool has gone through several iterations based on feedback. Added daily objectives, themes, better stats, localization, AI and more.
Would love feedback from the HN crowd — especially on what would make this more useful for you.
