We built an internal project management system – it became Dyversal AI

1•nivafy•1h ago
Hi HN, We’re the team behind Nivafy. While building our product, existing task and project management tools didn’t fit how we actually work, so we built an internal system for ourselves. Over time, it grew into a very execution-focused project and task manager with flexible workflows and integrations. Eventually, we replaced it inside Nivafy with something more creator-specific — but the internal system turned out to be strong enough to stand on its own. So we separated it and named it Dyversal. We’re opening it up for beta and would really appreciate help from the HN community: • Finding bugs • Stress-testing real workflows • Sharing honest feedback on what’s missing or unnecessary This is an early product shaped by internal use, and we’re trying to improve it through real-world feedback. Thanks for taking a look. — Ali & Mary Beta access: https://beta.dyversal.com/login How to help us: • Sign up and use Dyversal for real tasks or projects • Try to push it beyond a simple to-do list • Note anything confusing, broken, or missing Feedback / contact: • info@dyversal.com • ali@nivafy.com • mary@nivafy.com We read every message and will actively ship improvements based on feedback.

Happy to answer any questions here. We built this originally for our own internal use, so we’re especially interested in what breaks when others use it differently.
