I was on google and noticed many high level domains hosting web stores and blog websites were hacked or somehow inflitrated with fake blog posts that replaced their existing sub domain hosted content. Check this link: https://www.google.com/search?q=Cheap+IPTV+Subscription+2025... You will see all the high level domains, bicardi, tp-link, universitys.

Seems related to shopify, at least all spammed pages have this in common:
