I built a web app to help anyone trying to learn STARKs to build intuition

The idea is to learn STARKs by inspection and debugging rather than only by reading papers. You can write simple programs in a small assembly-style DSL, generate and verify STARK proofs for them, and inspect execution traces, constraints, and polynomials step by step.
