A major technical failure at LuxTrust—Luxembourg's state-backed certification authority—has disrupted authentication systems across the country since Tuesday afternoon. Because LuxTrust holds a monopoly status in the Grand Duchy, the outage has effectively paralyzed most critical digital services, including: * Banking and payments: The majority of transaction services are offline. * Civic Services: Government portals like MyGuichet are inaccessible. * Healthcare & Transport: Platforms for eSanté (health) and Luxair (airlines) are affected.
