TL;DR: success does not come from some particular trick let alone not from Chinese racial superiority, but simply from having no checks against competition and forcing a billion people and millions of businesses ruthlessly compete against one another, all stops be damned. Some of them eventually win but it's a fool's errand trying to find out why or how to replicate it - they simply won by merciless natural selection.

In order to have successes like that, you need to be OK with people working 996, live in rabbit cages, or having suicide nets under every window. You need to be OK with not having any social safety net in a country where people no longer have chindren so no hope for their help in old age, and have a socially pressed obligation to support - alone - penniless old relatives. You just need to press everyone through insane amount of competition and never ending stress.

This is almost completely incompatible with the actual TL;DR. Did you even look at the article?
