We’ve shipped From the Basement, the first RTM-grade release of dCMS Pheix, a blockchain-semantic CMS built in Raku (modern Perl successor).

After generations of beta builds, the platform is now production-ready. Features include:

• Full EIP-4844/EIP-7594 specification support (blob data encoding, retrieval, annotations, KZG-level handling);

• Upgraded authentication (signature recovery, session tokens);

• Deterministic CI/CD processes and reproducible builds;

• Expanded test suite covering blockchain, storage, and template layers;

• Strengthened foundation for real workloads.

This RTM release marks the start of a new long-term development arc.
