This is the official release of Bogami, an Android application designed to establish a "chain of custody" for smartphone photography in the era of generative AI.
The problem we are solving is simple: proving that a photo was taken by a human, at a specific time and location, without relying on easily spoofable EXIF data.
The Tech Stack:
Capture: We use the Android Camera2 API to access the sensor stream directly, locking pixels before any OS-level post-processing or AI filters can interfere.
Hashing: The image is hashed on-device (SHA-256).
Anchoring: We generate a cryptographic proof and anchor it to the Solana blockchain (chosen for speed/cost).
UX: We abstracted the Web3 complexity. Users don't need a wallet; we handle the gas fees to ensure mass adoption.
We established Fluxora LTD in the UK to build this standard, and we are now live on Google Play. I’d love your feedback on the verification flow and our approach to C2PA on mobile devices.
