Show HN: Movely – Auto-scheduled micro-breaks based on your calendar free slots

https://movelyapp.com/
2•olivdums•1h ago
Oli here,

I’m 32, working remotely and spending 10h a day sitting at my desk,

This is slowly but surely killing me (and you), It kills my body but also my productivity so here is my attempt to fix this:

Connect your Calendar, Movely will find free slots and adds 5min micro breaks in it (Strength, Mobility, Reduce eye strain or stress),

Every Sunday night I’m running a task that will create the sessions for next week based on your available slots,

My stack if you wanna know: * Monorepo: Nx (web / backend / marketing + shared libs) * Front: Next.js, Tailwind, Radix UI, Zustand * Back: NestJS, PostgreSQL (Prisma), Redis (BullMQ for the scheduling jobs)

I’d love to get direct feedbacks here if you have some remarks, some unclear aspects of the products or improvements and whether the scheduling feels helpful or intrusive :)

Thanks for reading me!
