Corporations have always been tied up in politics. The grant of legal fiction comes with a sort of zeroth commandments. Do as you wilt, until it displeases the grantor thereof. You don't escape that fundamental truth. The existence of your legal fiction is forbearant on the willingness to host of the polity that grants it.
