I’m the maker of Claritycheck, an iOS app I built to solve a personal frustration.
I often needed to:
- Research people or topics using search engines
- Verify images or find their source
- Compare product prices across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
Instead of switching between multiple services, I wanted one simple workflow.
So I built Claritycheck, which combines:
- A dedicated AI-assisted search layer
- Reverse image search for verification and exploration
- Cross-platform product price comparison
This is still in the early stages, and I’m more interested in feedback than promotion.
I’d really appreciate insights on:
- How do you approach deep research today
- Whether combining these tools makes sense, or whether they should stay separate
- Any obvious privacy or UX concerns you’d expect with this type of app
I'm happy to answer any technical or product-related questions.

One thing I’m unsure about is whether combining reverse image search and price comparison in the same app makes sense long-term, or if users prefer single-purpose tools.
