If a robot can do a spinning kick, its head could remain facing the opponent.

Fairly certain that if you ask gymnasts and synchronized swimmers about their inner crossroad perception field it would be something like the Vegas Sphere or IMAX news room experience.

To a robot performing a spinning kick that is certain knockout the target, directing the headface sensors to the next target or to survey the entire field for global view refresh makes sense.
