Mind App – See its beliefs, values, goals + real-time dopamine/cortisol levels Memory Graph – Auditable knowledge graph (not hidden RAG) PDAR Thinking – Watch reasoning process (Perceive → Decide → Act → Reflect) Boardroom – Internal CEO/CTO sub-agents make recommendations, you mandate approval (governance layer) Chat, Memories, Goals, Settings

Tech stack: Python/FastAPI (async event loop for cognitive simulation) + Next.js 14 + SQLite (local-first) Why I built it: Every AI is a black box. You never see what it believes, how it thinks, or why it decided. I wanted to solve interpretability at the architecture level (not as a research problem, but as a product design problem). Current status: Invite-only beta (8 concurrent users). Already got integration interest from Giselle (workflow orchestration platform). Looking for feedback on:
