Built something that physically stops me: - Focus timer locks at 100 min until you rest 10 min (meditation/breaks) - Task manager locks at 5 tasks until you write 1 reflection - No override buttons. No "just one more."
Terminal UI. ASCII progress bars. Zero dopamine hits.
