Arctic is a terminal-first TUI for AI-assisted coding, launched from a CLI.

It supports multiple hosted coding plans (Claude, Codex, Github Copilot, Gemini, etc.) in a single interface and shows usage limits directly in the TUI.

There is no web or desktop app. The focus is fast, local, interactive coding inside the terminal.
