I built a quiz platform that runs entirely in the browser: no user accounts, no backend, no database.
All progress and results are stored locally (LocalStorage). The goal was to see how far you can go with a “dumb but fast” architecture while keeping the UX clean and frictionless.
I’m interested in feedback on:
- trade-offs of browser-only persistence
- scalability limits of this approach
- obvious things I may be overengineering - or underengineering
