I’m the solo founder of Stagify, a virtual staging tool I’ve been building over the past ~3 months.
You can try it directly on the landing page without creating an account. The demo lets you upload a photo and generate staged results (up to 9 generations). Demo images are watermarked.
What’s different from other tools I tried: - Unlimited generations per uploaded photo - Instructions that apply to all generations, plus fine-tuning of a specific result - Image annotations (draw on the photo) instead of text-only instructions
It’s aimed at realtors, real estate photographers, and investors.
Current state: a few paying users, a few thousand images processed. Main limitations are typical AI image issues like occasional hallucinations or imperfect instruction following.
I built everything myself (backend, image pipeline, infra), except the visual design.
