In SQL Server v21-22, the grid results' scroll indicator is 40% the width of the scroll bar, and the mouse cursor has to hover directly above it in order to click and drag it around. This is in contrast to v19.3, where you can "miss" the indicator to the left or right of it, and still successfully "grab" it.

At least the query pane (upper pane) has a useful and customizable-width "map mode" for the scroll bar that doesn't disappear!
