Heya I thought I'd post here again, after finishing up a big project. Press or tap WASD to move around the board, E will reset you to the center.

This is a chess board built out of octagons, with 3 meeting neatly at a vertex- this isn't usually possible, but you can do it in 'hyperbolic space' which has curvature that essentially allows for more room around a point.
