I built MotionPoster (https://motionposter.org/) to help people make short animated posters quickly, without spending a lot of time inside heavyweight editing software.
What it does: - Upload a poster image (or start from a blank) - Add text overlays - Pick simple motion styles (for example: pan/zoom, subtle movement) - Export as a short video you can post on social platforms
Why I built it: I often needed “a little motion” for posters, but a full motion workflow felt slow for small tasks. I wanted something that gets to a usable result in minutes.
What I want feedback on: - Does the motion look natural enough, or does it feel “template-like”? - Which export formats and sizes matter most to you? - What is the biggest missing feature for your workflow?
