Show HN: Honest Stake – An architecture of consequences (Enforced using code)

Hey HN,

I built this to see if real consequences work better than "gamification". The philosophy is simple: discomfort/pain drives change.

How it works under the hood:

No Deposit: App does not hold your money upfront. You just set a penalty cap.

The Enforcer: A server job runs hourly to check your specific deadline.

The Payment: If you miss a deadline (or admit failure), Stripe charges your saved card.

Anti-Cheat: Your commitment is locked to your original timezone (you can't fly West to extend the day).

It's built with Next.js and Supabase.

I’d love your feedback on the idea and this "honor code" approach.
