you just need to have served as a soldier in a foreign country, have substantial weapons training, have experience killing people, have PTSD, enjoy murdering innocent people at close range, have absolutely no empathy or understand the word humanity, doesn't understand autonomy or self regulation, and have absolutely no idea of what it means being a man.
