I built a small Chrome extension after realizing how often surprises get ruined by autocomplete and browsing history on shared devices.

Surprise Guardian auto-cleans specific browsing traces so things like gift research, trip planning, or random curiosity don’t suddenly show up when your partner borrows your laptop.

No tracking. No accounts. Everything runs locally. It’s intentionally simple.

This started as a personal problem. Curious if others run into the same thing, or if this feels too niche. Feedback welcome.
