What do you use to keep track of job applications?

I kept losing track of where I applied and when to follow up, so I made a very small web tracker for myself. It’s intentionally minimal: company/role, status, and a next-action date so I don’t forget follow-ups.

I’m mainly looking for feedback, not sales, what feels confusing, what’s missing, or what you personally use instead!!
