I don't know. What is it they say... saying you can't be sad because you've got it good is like saying you can't be happy if you've got it bad. There is nothing ignorant about being annoyed at a rock in your shoe. Let the annoyance wash over you, and then move forward. Unfortunately for us, we cannot overcome our physicality with things like fortitude and temperance.

It's more of an "I should not let small inconveniences like that decide my mood for the day" thing for me. And to be mindful of the everyday gifts we have.
