I'm a developer from Mexico. I wanted to create programming courses in Spanish
for Latin America, where quality tech education is expensive or English-only.
Instead of spending a year writing content, I used Claude Code to build the
entire platform — code, lesson content, everything.
The result:
- 6 complete courses: Tech Fundamentals, Frontend (React/TS), Backend (Java/Spring),
Auth, DevOps (Docker/K8s/Terraform), and Cloud (AWS/GCP)
- 220+ interactive lessons with quizzes, exercises, and code examples
- Certificate system with verification codes
- Final exams to gate certificates
- Learning paths for different career goals
- Stripe payments
Tech stack: React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Supabase, Stripe
The irony isn't lost on me: it's an "AI-First Academy" that teaches developers
to use AI tools effectively... and was itself built entirely with AI.
Content is in Spanish (targeting Latin America), but happy to discuss:
- The process of building with Claude Code
- What worked and what didn't
- Whether AI-generated educational content is "good enough"
- Prompts and approaches I used
Repo is private but happy to share code snippets if anyone's curious about
specific implementations.
