I thought about simply doing the same (building some n8n automation, or using one of the countless find-a-job-and-apply AI tools on GitHub), but I think there's a better way to do all of this - maybe even by getting around all of this AI shitshow?!
Things I was thinking about:
- don't optimize the CV/motivational letter with AI so that it sounds authentic
- do unsolicited applications at companies i find interesting (since no job posting is open, no AI will suggest this company - and probably the recruiter will read the application)
- do more networking (i hate that shit but IK its the most effective)
