Interesting that Kuwait is on the list, it is literally a first world country with very high per capita income. The list seems somewhat arbitrary.

The most frequent argument I've seen, even here on HN against illegal immigration in US always was "use legal ways!".

I'm a citizen of one of the listed countries. It's a safe country, all white (it's quite literally a Caucasian country). I was planning on using legal immigration, which already felt like I was trying to kill a 7 headed snake. Now that route is cut as well.

To me, this means US does not want me and I will not immigrate there. But that's me, I've got principles. For all the rest that simply means "use illegal ways".
