I'm launching a tool to boost engagement and grow Twitch communities

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a project I’m launching today: LootForge.io.

The idea came from a simple observation after spending a lot of time on Twitch. Channel Points are everywhere, but they rarely create real long-term engagement. For streamers, especially small and mid-sized ones, it’s hard to truly reward the viewers who show up consistently. And for viewers, points often pile up without much meaning.

So I decided to build something that gives real value to watch time, while staying simple to use and fair for everyone involved.

LootForge lets streamers create their own gamified loyalty system using Twitch Channel Points. Viewers earn Channel Points by watching the stream, convert those points into shop points, and then spend them on real rewards like games, exclusive access, goodies, or experiences chosen by the streamer.

Everything is designed to be easy to set up with a one-click Twitch connection, and fully automated once live, including chat announcements, reward tracking, and viewer profiles.

The goal isn’t aggressive monetization. LootForge is meant as a growth and engagement tool. By increasing viewer engagement and retention, streamers naturally benefit from more active viewers staying longer on stream, higher ad revenue, more subscriptions, and better opportunities for partnerships. Subscribers also earn bonus Channel Points, which further reinforces loyalty.

On the viewer side, time spent watching is no longer abstract. It becomes progression, rewards, and something tangible to work toward. Rewards become a lever for engagement and sustainable growth, not just a gimmick.

LootForge is mainly built for affiliate and partner streamers who want to build stronger long-term engagement, reward their most loyal viewers, and structure community incentives without manual work. It’s also for viewers who enjoy progression systems, quests, and tangible rewards tied to their support.

I’m launching LootForge today and I’d genuinely love feedback. Whether you’re a streamer, a viewer, or just interested in creator tools, feel free to share thoughts, questions, or concerns.

Thanks for reading.
