This is computational research under the Ruliad formalism on the universal structure and constraints of computationally modelled Observers. This has been presented at Levin's platonic symposium, at the Active Inference Symposium and is published on the Wolfram Institute. A longer paper applying these ideas is in the other git repo (covers things like observer evolution, memetic evolution, telos (top down causation) and computational ethics and even theology! - video from presentation to wolfram institute and symposium in that repo)
I got told this is a great place to post if you want aggressive, hardcore feedback. I'm interested to know what active computer science / coders think of the category theoretic construction.
