The Speed Playbook – Made $1.3k MRR in 30 days at 17

Hey HN,

I'm 17, built an AI memory platform, and made $1.3k MRR in the first 30 days.

Not impressive revenue, but way more than the $0 most side projects make.

The playbook covers how I validated in Week 1 (before writing code), built a minimal MVP in 2 weeks, and launched to get paying customers by Day 30.

It includes the cold DM script that got me 5 paying customers before launch, pricing strategy, launch breakdown, and what didn't work.

Free download, no email required (ok fine, email required for delivery but no spam).

Currently using the same approach to launch repo20 (dependency monitoring for devs).

Happy to answer questions about any of this.

https://x.com/arjunworks_ is the author based on the playbook (PDF), https://trynexus.vercel.app is the product based on preview Show HN post.

From the playbook

"The Exact Launch I did for my SaaS:"

"Pre-launch (3 days before): Posted on Twitter: "Launching Nexus on Friday - AI memory for multi-agent systems"

I can't find such tweet on the author's twitter feed. No mention of a launch on his linkedin feed either.

"Posted on Product Hunt at 12:01am PT"

I can't find a producthunt launch for Nexus.

"Shared to Twitter, Indie Hackers, relevant Discords"

I can't find a single tweet mentioning trynexus.vercel.app

"What Didn't Work [...] $10/mo signaled "cheap tool." When I raised to $25/mo, nobody complained"

trynexus.vercel.app still lists $10/month.

On the website all links to subpages are empty. Pricing says "coming soon", only payment method is Zelle which would be direct bank transfer (one-off, not a subscription).

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong Nexus?
