I have found a few things that really work good. One of it is a good product documentation.

I don't know how is it working but AI is taking a lot of references of product docs.

I recently asked for creating an auth service to ChatGPT and ChatGPT literally said that supabase also have auth integrated and I can use it..

When I checked sources, it was Supabase's docs.

I will be honest, I also run a platform called SuperDocs which helps create product docs but I it currently don't have an AI SEO support. So, biases aside, Gitbook can be a good option if one is trying to get AI SEO for their product.

Owning a subReddit is the goldmine. You can post and get good references back.

I will dive deep into this and explore what are the opportunities for AI SEO in documentation. And I will surely integrate those in my AI SEO tool as well. But till then, Gitbook is great!! (I see you Gitbook, I see you :) )
