We built RouterLab to give developers access to AI models through a single API layer, with open source models hosted on our own infrastructure in Switzerland and Germany.
RouterLab currently provides access to 23 models: - Open source models (glm-4.7, MiniMax-M2.1, Mistral, etc.) hosted in Switzerland and Germany - Proprietary models routed according to their providers’ policies (e.g. Anthropic)
Compatibility: - OpenAI-compatible API (change base_url + api_key) - Anthropic-compatible API (change base_url + api_key) - Claude Code CLI compatible
Claude Code works out of the box via: - `npx claude-scionos` - Fully open source CLI with complete transparency https://github.com/ScioNos/claude-scionos
Key points: - OpenAI and Anthropic compatible APIs - Claude Code CLI support - 23 models (open source + proprietary) - Predictable monthly pricing (no pay-per-token surprises) - GDPR compliant (EU / Swiss hosting for open source models) - 14-day free trial (no credit card required)
We're a Swiss company (Eyelo SA, founded in 1983) and wanted to build a European alternative focused on data sovereignty, transparency, and developer ergonomics.

We’d love honest feedback — especially from developers using OpenAI or Claude Code today.
