I recently built Career Coach to help junior developers and bootcamp grads overcome interview anxiety. I noticed that while there are many Leetcode-style platforms, there aren't many tools for practicing the behavioral and spoken aspects of technical interviews.
The platform includes:
AI Mock Interviews: Uses the OpenAI Realtime API to simulate a voice conversation. It acts as a hiring manager, asks relevant questions based on your profile, and gives feedback on your answers. Resume Review: Parses your resume and suggests improvements for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Tech Stack: Next.js 14, Firebase (Auth/Firestore), and Paddle for payments. It’s practically an MVP, so I’m looking for feedback on the latency of the voice interactions and Feel free to try it out (there is a free tier). Thanks!
