Usually, this involves a consultant (me) filling out spreadsheets for 2 weeks. I wanted to see if I could automate my own job.
I hooked up a form to AWS Bedrock to parse the inputs (compliance needs, team skills, current stack) and spit out a structured PDF report + a target architecture diagram.
The Challenge: Getting the LLM to consistently output valid JSON/Mermaid for the diagram rendering was a nightmare.
The Ask: I’ve released it for free (no login needed for the snapshot). I’m trying to figure out if the generated diagrams are actually useful for a first-pass, or if they are too generic.
