I'm trying to change my internet usage habits to be more on a weekly cadence, rather than daily. I dislike my current default state, where my usage of HN, Reddit and other internet platforms seems more like an involuntary habit or even addiction, and less of a deliberate choice.

At the same time I do get valuable info out of HN and don't want to miss out on it. How can I browse weekly, and not miss out?
