I’m working on YouBankLab, a beta experiment around a simple idea:
What if people didn’t keep their money in a bank, but in a personal financial cloud they fully own?
YouBankLab is a non-custodial financial environment where:
users hold their own funds and identity
payments are peer-to-peer
the system has no custody over money
What’s new (and what I’m testing) is a local, privacy-first AI layer that:
observes transaction patterns
detects behavioral changes or anomalies
provides context and insights
never moves money or makes decisions
AI here is not a bot or advisor — it’s more like a private financial “observer” that helps you understand what’s happening inside your own financial cloud.
This is an early beta and very much a learning project. I’m mostly interested in feedback on:
whether this framing makes sense
where it feels unclear or unrealistic
and if this solves a real problem for anyone here
