  AXP sits between your agent and Postgres. It:                                                                             
  - Masks PII (emails become j***@gmail.com)                                                                                
  - Blocks DROP TABLE, TRUNCATE                                                                                             
  - Rate limits queries                                                                                                     
  - Logs everything                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                            
  Written in Go, uses pgproto3 for proper Postgres wire protocol.
